  Homi Aibara qualified as Chartered Accountant from the U.K. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Manager in A. F. Ferguson & Co. (Management Consultancy Division). He has also worked as a hotel consultant with ITC Ltd. and the Al Futtaim Group in Dubai and later in New York for the purpose of developing ITC's chain overseas.
  
  Earlier he worked as Manager, Financial Consultancy Division of Hays Allan, Chartered Accountants, in London. Homi has 21 years post qualification experience in consultancy with specialisation in market studies, project related work and systems studies. Industry specialisation includes hotels & tourism, real estate, banking, ports and infrastructure.

  Mrugesh Shah was earlier in the Management Consultancy Division of S. B. Billimoria. Mrugesh is a first class graduate from Bombay University (B.Com.) and was placed 9th in the all-India merit list in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
  
  Mrugesh has 20 years post-qualification experience and has specialised in business consulting assignments, acquisitions related advisory services, systems studies and management audit assignments. He has handled a large range of clients including multinationals and Indian public limited companies.
